Training with Sunpower
Internal Training
New employees will have structured training sessions as part of their induction. We encourage cross-department training to gain a better understanding of company processes and enable employees to engage in continuous improvement activities. Seminars are also offered to gain a better understanding of our products and their applications.
External Training
Your development is important not just for personal job satisfaction, but also to enable you to grow with the company. We encourage external learning opportunities and work with our employees to support whenever possible; whether it be through training events, online courses or day release to college.
